We had such a wonderful day and EUC were brilliant from the booking of the tipi, the setting up and taking down. Nothing was too much trouble and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Given the circumstances and amount of times we had to re-plan our wedding we could not have worked with better people. All of the staff here at events under canvas are extremely friendly and patient. They were passionate and seemed to really care about making your experience the best experience possible , they were also very confident and they appeared to make this day happen effortlessly. I had called over 10 other similar companies around who were not able to provide a service nearly as good and I was beginning to become frustrated and time was running out . Especially during a pandemic I can understand that this would be a difficult time for a lot of companies , but Events under canvas were able to deliver at the last minute and also the team who put up the equipment were really kind and professional. The prices were also very good and worth every penny. I almost didn’t get the fire pit and at the very last minute I decided to get it and I am so happy I made this decision because the fire pit alone was such a magical feature . The kids were able to safely toast marshmallows on the fire. The walk way package is also a must in the evening it looked so beautiful. Thank you so much for making my daughters 6th birthday the best experience not just for herself but for everyone that attended . I was happy to cheer people up during such difficult times as well as maintaining social distancing rules .

Events Under Canvas were fantastic in the run up to our wedding! From the day we first stumbled across them and their lovely team, I knew I could trust them to organise our big day. The tipis looked sensational, and our guests were amazed at what we had managed to achieve in my parents' orchard. It really had the wow factor. And Laura, who was our wedding coordinator on the day, was simply fabulous, liaising with our vendors in advance and ensuring everything was just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The whole team are brilliant and were a pleasure to have in our home. They were polite, courteous and calm at all times. If you're thinking about booking with them, do it!

From your super responsive customer service to the little extra touches that made you stand out from our other suppliers. We really liked that you sent out a brochure of "finishing touches" for us to look through in case there were things we'd forgotten of, and as for your thank you present - we were really touched by that and it's growing in our garden as our wedding tree as we speak!!

We also want to pass our thanks on to the guys that came and set up the stretch tent and canopy on the day. They were so patient with me switching the angles and tweaking the position of the tent until it was just so! More patient than my Husband in fact! They arrived bang on time, were super friendly and helpful and were brilliant with the take down too. We were so happy with our stretch tent. It looked absolutely amazing. As did the canopy! - It was such a hot day so the canopy actually provided some much needed shade for some of our older guests.

Nothing was an issue whether relating to requests for documentation (regulatory compliance, fire certification, risk & safety management systems etc) or making adjustments to the structure / positioning etc during install down to 24/7 contact details in case of problems (which did not have to use as it was all perfect). An exemplary company in an industry where it is the norm to deal with businesses whom just want your cash and don't care about you the customer once the contract is executed. Use Them, Use Them, Use Them! Don't look elsewhere as if our experience is a reflection of their usual customer focused approach then you can't fail to be anything but satisfied........ From a personal perspective having previously been part of the leadership team of the worlds largest travel and tourism business where customer satisfaction dictates profit / loss Events Under Canvass would be classed as exceeding expectations and an example of how to do things right. They were that good.

Events Under Canvas are a highly professional and engaging company who had a genuine desire to make our wedding day as perfect as possible. I cannot recommend Events Under Canvas enough... from the very first call to book my daughters 21st, to the dismantling the day after, they were fantastic ... a totally stress free experience and a joy to deal with! Our guests were blown away by the stunning Tipi and all the the added accessories - we had a truly magical evening. We will definitely be using them again!

Just a note to say how wonderful using your service has been. Our daughter April got married on Sunday at our home in Stebbing and it was the idea of April and her fiancé Simon to create a Festival feel. Your tipi’s did the job perfectly and looked fantastic!
