Nothing was an issue whether relating to requests for documentation (regulatory compliance, fire certification, risk & safety management systems etc) or making adjustments to the structure / positioning etc during install down to 24/7 contact details in case of problems (which did not have to use as it was all perfect). An exemplary company in an industry where it is the norm to deal with businesses whom just want your cash and don’t care about you the customer once the contract is executed. Use Them, Use Them, Use Them!

Getting tipis was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding

The service we received from Events Under Canvas from the first enquiry we sent to the team putting up and taking down the tents was fantastic! The team were so supportive throughout the planning stages, coming out for a site visit and over email which made the whole process easy and stress free. Their pricing is competitive and transparent and there was never any pressure to book extras or use their suppliers which was a refreshing attitude to find in the wedding world! Fantastic company to work with from start to finish! All staff members were incredibly polite and enjoyable to work with from set-up through to service on the day of the wedding! We couldn’t thank the co-coordinators enough as they helped us to create the exact atmosphere for our wedding we were striving for. Events Under Canvas are a highly professional and engaging company who had a genuine desire to make our wedding day as perfect as possible. The Operations Manager and his team were particularly excellent in finalising all the details and didn’t leave the site until we were 100% happy – going above and beyond to ensure that we were completely set to host the most amazing day of our lives. We happened to have rain on our special day, but the beautiful tipis meant that this didn’t even phase us or any of our guests. The set up was beautiful and all of the tipis looked amazing. I cannot recommend Events Under Canvas enough… from the very first call to book my daughters 21st, to the dismantling the day after, they were fantastic … a totally stress free experience and a joy to deal with! Our guests were blown away by the stunning Tipi and all the the added accessories – we had a truly magical evening. We will definitely be using them again!
