What to expect at our Showcase Events

Tipis bring a unique atmosphere to a wedding or a landmark party, as do sailcloth tents and stretch tents.  But each feels very
different. They are all luxurious and unique in their own way, but how do you decide which type is right for your special day?

Our bi-annual Showcase Event gives guests the chance to wander around these spectacular structures, seeing all our luxury tents and tipis along with our furnishings and finishing touches, and really picture themselves and their friends and family in amongst them for their big day. There’s food and drink to sample and buy, entertainment and many stalls from Florists to Photographers, to inspire you with ideas.

We put on the Showcase Event each April and October with Daytime and Night-time Experience time slots. There’s a totally different vibe to our structures during Daytime and Night-time, and we want guests to be able to see for themselves.

What to expect

Daytime Experience – Sat & Sun

Between 11am and 3pm on both days over the Showcase weekend, guests can see all our luxury tipis and tents, filled with our furniture and finishing touches.  A wide range of suppliers exhibit their services and products, and everyone has a chance to sample or talk to these expert companies.  Food and drinks are available to purchase.  Live entertainment sees performances from talented singers, DJ’s and musicians.

Night-time Experience – Sat only

This focuses on the magic atmosphere that the darker hours bring. Lit up in their full splendour, our spectacular marquee alternatives take on a totally different feel once the sun has gone down.  Guests can soak up the atmosphere with food and drink available to purchase, and tunes supplied by guest DJs.

Please note supplier exhibits are only available during the Daytime Experience.
