“We will be known forever by the tracks we leave”

At Events Under Canvas, we create spectacular spaces for weddings, parties and events across the South East and East of England.

Our beautiful sailcloth tents, giant tipis and stretch tents offer a distinctive alternative to traditional metal-framed marquees. With their elegant wooden poles, sweeping lines and incredible sense of space, they create a setting that feels special from the moment your guests arrive.

But it’s not just about the structure. It’s about what you create inside it.

Whether you’re dreaming of a beautiful wedding reception, a milestone birthday, an unforgettable party or a bespoke corporate event, we work with you to create a space that feels completely right for your event. From the structure itself to the furniture, lighting, bars, dance floors and finishing touches, we can help bring your vision to life.

We’ve been creating incredible events for more than 12 years, so we know what it takes to make an event work beautifully.

Our team will help you choose the structure that’s right for your event and your space, taking care of all the practical details along the way. Sometimes a site is straightforward, sometimes it presents a few challenges — either way, our experience means we know what to look for and how to make it work.

From the initial conversation through to installation and take-down, we’re there to make the whole process as seamless as possible.

We have an extensive range of furniture and finishing touches available to hire, so you can create the atmosphere and look you want inside your structure. From tables and chairs to bars, stages, dancefloors, chill-out furniture and festoon lighting, we can help you bring everything together.

And where there’s something we don’t provide ourselves, we have a network of trusted, recommended suppliers who can help with other elements of your event, such as toilets and additional furniture.
