Anyone who comes into contact with Events Under Canvas knows that there is something quite special about them.  They seem to create a positive feeling in staff, suppliers and customers that goes well beyond products, service, and price.

An Event Under Canvas – Introducing… (Part 3)

So many great suppliers, so little time! We’re back with the third in our series of blogs introducing the top team that will be making our Event Under Canvas one to remember. With just a few weeks until we open the gates for our first tipi and sailcloth tent showcase we have been absolutely overwhelmed by the response from prospective brides and grooms so far. It seems a lot of you are just as excited to spend a few hours in the company of these fantastic people as we are so don’t hesitate to give us a yell if you want to set up a time to chat in the flesh!

For now, you’ll have to make do with a window into the worlds of the mouth-watering B’s Cake Creations, the enchanting Donimo Magic, the delicious Duck & Pheasant and the perfectly put together Polly Pickle Designs….

Team EUC are moving!

Planning permission has been granted for the redevelopment of our new site at Great Gilberts Farm, in Old London Road, which currently consists of two barns and a farm house.

Work has already started on our new 360sq m warehouse which, when completed, will become the new base for our 10-strong team of permanent staff, plus additional seasonal workers in the summer. Read More

Tipi or not Tipi?

Our tipis (teepees / tepees) have a rustic look and make an inspired choice for any event. Whether you are planning a unique festival wedding or corporate event, these beautiful structures blend perfectly with natural settings due to their tan canvas and wooden pole structure. We provide Tipi Hire across East Anglia but have recently travelled as far as Italy to create stunning outdoor spaces for our customers. Paired with our rustic furniture, woven flooring and fire pits, they evoke a relaxed atmosphere for any event.

Alternatively our Sailcloth tents are elegant, light filled structures that glow beautifully at night. Sometimes known as Sperry or Tidewater tents, they are our newest style of tent and have proven to be a very popular alternative to the Tipis. Sailcloth tents have a very different look to the tipis and are available in varying sizes for all scales of event. Various finishing touches such as uplighters and festoon lights can be added, projecting light into the canopy at night for added ‘wow’.
